Car Computer Diagnostics aim is, simply, to bring you the best value and service whatever your diagnostic needs. We aim to be different from the main-stream garage operators who often use the same generic aftermarket scan tools which often have variable success in accessing ALL of the vehicle control systems. In addition, some of these scan tools are limited in functionality and cannot programme new parameters into the ECU. A prime example of this is Range Rover P38 and Classic Air Suspension. Whilst the garage may be able to replace a failed height sensor, can they actually programme it to the vehicle as is required to complete the repair and allow the vehicle to ride correctly? This is exactly why we have invested in a number of OEM tools rather than simply offering exactly the same service as the other main-stream garages. Where it is not cost-effective for us to procure the OEM product, we use the best in aftermarket tooling which we have specified to original scan tool level ensuring that we continue to go far beyond the capabilities of our competitors. Whilst we aim to offer a different and more in-depth service from the main-stream garages, we are just as happy to diagnose simple engine management problems as we are to carry out the more involved procedures - no job is too small, and every customer is valued the same!
